
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Apapacho’s facilities and services. By booking or staying at Apapacho, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Booking and Reservations
1.1. Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or document. Ensure your contact information is accurate to receive communications from us.
1.2. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
Check-In and Check-Out
2.1. Check-In Time: Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.
2.2. Check-Out Time: Guests must check out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional fees.
2.3. Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for check-in.
2.4. Reception Hours: Reception is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, a night guard is on duty for emergencies and assistance.
Payment and Charges
3.1. Payment Method: Payment is required upon arrival. We accept all Credit Cards
3.2. Taxes: Taxes are not included in the reservation price. An additional 25% will be added to your total cost upon arrival.
3.3. Additional Charges: Any additional services or damages caused by the guest will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
4.2. No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged their entire stay if they do not respond before 2pm the next day.
4.3. Early Check-Out: No refunds will be issued for early check-outs unless extenuating circumstances are approved by management.
Hostel Facilities and House Rules
5.1. Elevator and Stairs: Please note that Apapacho does not have an elevator. Access to rooms and facilities is via stairs.
5.2. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please respect other guests during these times.
5.3. Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol is allowed only in designated areas. No outside alcohol is allowed in the hostel, only the ones purchased at our bar. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
5.4. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the hostel. Designated smoking areas are provided.
5.5. Pets: Pets are not allowed, except for certified service animals in the Privates with prior approval.
5.6. Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a manner that respects other guests, staff, and the property. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
Liability and Responsibility
6.1. Property Damage: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, its contents, or other guests’ belongings.
6.2. Personal Belongings: The hostel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Secure lockers are available for guest use.
6.3. Injury: The hostel is not responsible for injuries sustained on the property unless caused by the negligence of hostel staff.
Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Personal Data: We collect personal data for booking and identification purposes. Your data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7.2. CCTV: For security purposes, CCTV cameras are in use in public areas of the hostel.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
8.1. Changes: The hostel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be available at the hostel and on our website.
8.2. Notification: If significant changes are made, we will notify you through email or upon check-in.
Additional Information
9.1. Breakfast: Please note that breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, nearby cafes and restaurants offer breakfast options.
9.2. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mexico City.
